ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Maureen and I am 31 years old. At the moment, I am first and foremost a Mother and also a Personal Trainer. I am just trying to figure out my life and help others along the way. I have been married for 3 years now, a dog mom to a 13-year-old Yorkie, a new mom to a BEAUTIFUL baby girl, and a lover of the gym. I can be shy, I tend to keep to myself, I have many different moods, and yes… I am Badass. Well, at least that is what I sometimes tell myself.
I am new to this blogging thing, but if anything, I hope to inspire others. I plan to talk about life and all that comes with it. With that said, I plan to be REAL.
